Encore Properties is seeking an upbeat, tech-savvy, and people-oriented Part-Time Leasing Agent, Property Manager, and Office Manager to oversee leasing operations across our Range Park and Graceland Square apartment communities in Memphis, TN. We are looking for an approachable individual who excels in residential apartment management, tenant engagement, and leasing automation.

Target Candidate Experience:

This position is ideal for applicants with experience as an Apartment Manager, Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, Residential Leasing Agent, or On-Site Office Administrator in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming applicant inquiries, answer phone calls, and conduct apartment showings as our primary on-site leasing agent at Range Park and Graceland Square.
  • Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive unit awareness and prospective tenant leads.
  • Process rental applications, verify employment/rental histories, and guide new residents through lease execution in Buildium.
  • Utilize management automation tools to streamline resident messaging, log maintenance service orders, and maintain office records.

Position Structure & Benefits:

  • Schedule: Part-time contract position averaging approximately 30 hours per week.
  • Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus lucrative per-lease performance bonuses.
  • Stipends & Expense Coverage: All business expenses are paid, accompanied by dedicated monthly stipends for cell phone usage and local travel.
